Kentucky Residents: Learn About Working as a Home-Based Customer Service Representative via Free Webinar

VIPdesk, which is hiring 100+ Kentucky residents to work as home-based customer service professionals, will hold a free, live Webinar on Thursday November 5, 2009, from 2:00-3:00 ET. This hour-long online session, "Work as a Home-Based Customer Service Representative" will teach participants everything that they need to know about working for VIPdesk as a home-based Customer Service Representative.

Alexandria, Va (PRWEB) October 30, 2009 -- In order to provide more information for potential applicants about the 100+ home-based customer service jobs being filled with Kentucky residents, VIPdesk--a pioneer in the virtual customer service industry--will hold a free, live Webinar on Thursday November 5, 2009, from 2:00-3:00 ET. This hour-long online session, "Work as a Home-Based Customer Service Representative" will teach participants everything that they need to know about working for VIPdesk as a home-based Customer Service Representative.

VIPdesk is hiring 100+ Kentucky residents to work as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), earning $8-9/hour (plus benefits). These CSRs will work from home responding to incoming calls from debit card holders with questions about their account status, balance inquiries, how to reset their PIN, and more. CSRs will provide compassionate assistance and information to inquiries from other Kentucky residents who find themselves in difficult financial situations. In order to be eligible for the job, all candidates must pass a background and credit check, a fingerprinting test administered by the financial services client, and a drug test. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

This online session will review the following:

 
  • What this Kentucky-based customer service position entails
  • VIPdesk's screening and qualification processes
  • Insight into the two-week paid training program
