Colorado Internet Marketing Firm Opens New Headquarters
Colorado based Blizzard Internet Marketing opens a new 8,000 square-foot office in their hometown of Glenwood Springs after being in their previous location for over 10 years.
(Vocus/PRWEB ) October 29, 2009 -- Blizzard Internet Marketing is excited to announce that they have officially moved headquarters from the downtown area of Glenwood Springs to west Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The company decidedly remained in the city of Glenwood because of its central locale, the strong community connections, and the beautiful area views.
“It’s been a very exciting time for us and we are extremely happy with our new location. We have a great group of employees who made the move trouble-free and very smooth as we only had two weeks to turn it around. Everyone is settling into their new space and we are looking forward to many year of success in our new building” said Heather Austin, Blizzard Internet’s CAO.
The new building provides over 8,000 square-feet which similar is to the old offices, however all offices are on a single floor instead of four separated floors. There is also space set aside for a future training facility as the company holds several search marketing workshops for hotel, vacation rental, and resort marketers in Glenwood Springs each year.
Trent Blizzard, Co-Founder and President, explains that, “the office spaces in the old building were so broken up; it didn’t feel like we were a team. Our new location feels like a company home, every group has space to meet and thrive.”
Blizzard Internet occupied the previous building for over 10 years, which made for interesting discoveries during the packing process. Susan Blizzard, CEO and Co-Founder found Trent Blizzard’s first desk, which was “an old door with a keyboard tray screwed on that was propped up on each end by two file cabinets.”
Blizzard Internet’s new location can easily be seen on the north side of Interstate-70 by both the new flag flying high and the large sign in front, each showing off the company’s newly redesigned logo.
