Top Malibu realtor, Madison Hildebrand, is set to appear yet again on Bravo TV’s new reality series, "Million Dollar Listing", on September 19, 2006. Hildebrand, portrayed as "The Rookie" on the show, has proven his skills since the taping of the show a year ago, controlling over 62 million dollars in real estate at the age of 25.

In the premiere episode, originally broadcast on August 29th, Hildebrand made his television debut portrayed as “The Rookie,” selling a dilapidated investment property for over $3 million.
While described as “The Rookie” on Bravo’s show, Hildebrand has proven his skill-set since the taping of the reality series a year ago. At the age of 25, he has controlled over 62 million dollars in real estate within one year in the industry.
